Dennis Ajose (Managing Director)

Dennis Ajose is passionate about sustaining agriculture profitably, food production and empowering small-scale farmers in Africa. Dennis loves sharing his knowledge on Agriculture. His focus on adopting technology and the right application of fertilizers having acquired experience in the production of Urea and NPK fertilizers from major producers in Africa implementing this knowledge for Government and commercial farms. An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, he also attended several trainings in Yale School of Management, Kellogg School of management, amongst others on business management and start-ups. Dennis has vast experience in Information technology, Marketing, Project management and Farmers Outgrowers schemes

Ademola Oladipo (Business Development Director)

Demola Oladipo has a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. A multi-disciplinary professional who is passionate about the emancipation of Africa, his work on various agricultural Non-governmental projects has led him to work with international and local organisations aimed at growing the agricultural sector in Nigeria. Oladipo is wildly travelled with experience cutting across different parts of Africa. His previous experiences include partnerships on agricultural charity schemes with the Federal government, Airtel, SAB Miller and various state and local governments. He has consulted on agricultural projects and conferences with ECOWAS, AFDB, WORLD BANK, EU and the United state Anti-Terrorism Assistance, Facilitating bilateral Trade agreements. 

Funmi Ojubayo (Executive Director Marketing)

Funmi is the Executive Director of the Marketing. She oversees the day-to-day running of the foundation and works alongside the team to ensure that the objectives and goal are achieved. They are currently running the Agricultural Skills Acquisition Programme (ASAP) in partnership with the SKYE Program. Their past projects include one-off trainings on good agricultural practices for existing farmers and seminars on the opportunities in the agricultural sector for young persons.

Funmi, is our in-house communications expert. She has a BSc in Mass communication from the University of Lagos. Before joining our team, she worked in marketing communications first as a copy writer and then as an account manager on brands like Access Bank, Heineken, HICC and several start-ups. Lola is passionate about people especially children having access to healthy food and this led her to taking a course in child nutrition. She attended a training on Critical Thinking and Resource Management and is working on getting her HR certification as human capital management and its intricacies excite her.
